Celtic defender Hatem Elhamed is edging ever closer to a return to Neil Lennon’s side following injury after he was named on the bench on Sunday afternoon.
The Bhoys defeated St Johnstone 1-0 in the Scottish Cup to advance into the semi-finals but it was the first time that the 28-year-old has been involved since the very start of November.
And he took to Instagram to provide a simple seven words on his mindset right now, he said:
Elhamed has been restricted to just 13 appearances in all competitions this term with his last being in a heroic display against Lazio during the Europa League when the Hoops came out on top with a 2-1 victory in Italy.
Even his mere presence on the bench has clearly delighted him to the point of him expressing his delight publicly and as the Scottish giants are eyeing up a fourth consecutive domestic treble, his chances of game time is surely going to increase due to the volume of matches on offer.
